In 2011, Kasper Salto and Thomas Sigsgaard created the OneCollection Council Chair for the Trusteeship Council Chamber at the UN Headquarters in New York. The chair is designed to support the human body during prolonged sitting and is made from patented 3D form-pressed veneer in walnut or oak. Its ergonomic shell, which offers flexibility and a sophisticated appearance, is supported by a polished 4-star swivel base made of cast aluminium.
The Council Chair, which can be upholstered in leather or fabric, blends long-term comfort with aesthetic clarity. For a more standardised appearance, a fully upholstered version is also offered.
