At Holloways of Ludlow, we want you to be delighted with your home additions, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that bespoke orders and custom-finished lighting are typically excluded from our standard return policy.
Return Process
- 1.Notify Our Team
Contact our customer service department via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Arrange Ship-Back
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop the package off at an authorized courier point or schedule a collection for larger furniture items.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
